By accessing or using the opland website, app, documentation, APIs, analytics, monitoring, smart wallet, executor, or related tools, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This page is a draft; the official terms will replace it once signed off by product/legal.

Scope of Service

opland provides self-custodial DeFi data, analytics, monitoring, transaction preparation, smart wallet configuration, and bounded execution assistance. opland is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, custodian, bank, payment institution, asset manager, or tax adviser. Unless separately agreed in writing, opland does not manage assets for you, hold your private keys, custody your funds, or make investment or trading decisions for you.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that you are capable of and legally eligible to use the relevant features, protocols, chains, and digital assets. You are responsible for protecting wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices, browser extensions, Safe owners, module authorizations, and account access. You are responsible for checking every signature, approval, transaction, chain ID, address, calldata, fee, slippage limit, and minimum output. You bear all gas fees, taxes, reporting obligations, profit and loss, and consequences of third-party protocol interactions.

You may not use opland for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, money laundering, sanctions evasion, protocol attacks, service disruption, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, or other improper purposes. opland may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for security, compliance, risk, operational, or technical reasons.

Disclaimer

opland is provided "as is" and "as available." opland does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your particular purpose. opland does not guarantee any asset price, liquidity, yield, APR, APY, reward, execution path, simulation result, alert, report, tax treatment, or regulatory outcome. opland does not guarantee the availability, security, or accuracy of third-party protocols, wallets, RPCs, oracles, browser extensions, community platforms, or external links.

Nothing in opland is investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or fiduciary advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement of any digital asset, security, commodity, derivative, loan, yield strategy, or financial product. You should do your own research and consult qualified professional advisers when needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, opland and its contributors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, third-party protocols, digital assets, wallets, data, reports, alerts, simulations, transaction preparation, or on-chain execution.

Third-party Protocols and Fees

Your interactions with third-party protocols, wallets, chains, bridges, reward platforms, RPCs, oracles, Safe, Lark, X, or other services are governed by the terms, risks, and fees between you and those third parties. opland may display or estimate third-party fees, gas, slippage, rewards, or prices, but that information may change, lag, or be incorrect.

Termination & Changes

opland may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, content, page, API, model, data source, or integration at any time. opland may also update these terms and risk disclosures. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated version. If any term is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining terms remain in effect.
